Who sees my address?
Nobody, until you have both said yes. After that, only the person you exchange with gets it.
What if I find my place dirty or damaged?
With the &Swapp Guarantee, you report it to the team within 10 days, with photos. The other member's deposit covers the first €500, and the guarantee fund steps in beyond that.
I rent my place, what changes?
You stay responsible for your home towards your landlord. Keep your home insurance, the &Swapp Guarantee comes on top of it and doesn't replace it.
How much does it cost?
Creating your project and talking with members costs nothing. The &Swapp Guarantee is free for your first exchange, then it starts at €29.
