Simultaneous swap
You swap homes at the same time. You stay at their place while they stay at yours.

How much does it cost?↓
With &Swapp, a swap is €29, no matter how long you stay. No hidden fees, no subscription. Our mission is to make swaps easy — not to profit from you.
How are profiles verified?↓
For now, we manually verify email addresses. "Super Swappers" have completed at least one validated swap on the platform.
Coming soon: identity verification, company badge, reviews, and recommendations.
What happens if something goes wrong?↓
You are responsible to each other. We recommend:
- • Taking a condition report with before/after photos
- • Sharing contact details and emergency contacts
- • Keeping home insurance that often covers this type of swap
Coming soon: A dedicated &Swapp partner insurance and a deposit/guarantee system.
How do utilities and bills work?↓
That is up to you! The most common arrangements:
- • Each person pays their own utilities (electricity, internet, etc.) even during the swap
- • Utilities are included in the swap (no extra charges)
- • Share unexpected overages if consumption is abnormal
The important thing is to discuss it clearly before the swap and put it in writing!
Should I tell my landlord?↓
Yes — strongly recommended. Most leases prohibit subletting but allow temporary hosting. Check your lease and inform your landlord as a courtesy.

Ideally 4 to 8 weeks before your desired dates. That gives you time to:
- • Find several potential matches
- • Discuss and finalize details
- • Organize logistics (keys, condition report, etc.)
