For Nov 10-17, 2026: Antalya (Turkey), looking for a couple swap. For summer 2027 (~2-3 weeks in August): warm, calm coastal spots, first choice list includes French Riviera (Théoule-sur-Mer, Le Pradet, Porquerolles), Italy (Golfo di Baratti in Tuscany, Sirolo in Marche, Italian Riviera/Liguria: Bordighera, Cervo, Ospedaletti, Santo Stefano al Mare, Ventimiglia, Bussana Mare), Croatia (Igrane, Živogošće in Makarska Riviera). Open to Spain but prefers new places (loves La Manga though). Reachable by car preferred.

Description
Cosy 20m² seaside studio in the gated Blue Mare Resort in Łukęcin, on the Polish Baltic coast. Open-plan studio with 2 fold-out sofa beds, dining area, balcony with green views. Fully equipped kitchenette (hob, mini oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, cookware). Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with Netflix. Resort access includes seasonal outdoor pool, shop/bar/bike rental (Jul-Aug), playground, grill area, volleyball court, table tennis. Secured, fenced, 24/7 guarded, on-site parking for owners/guests. 5-7 min walk through pine forest to a sandy Baltic beach, on the Velo Baltica bike path. Pets welcome. Non-smoking. Best period to stay: May to September (cold rest of year, though heated). Never rented before, private use only.
